An Eagle Cup trophy will be awarded to the highest scoring Christen Eagle pilot competing in fifteen, 1998 IAC Contests being around the U.S. The winner of each cup will be the pilot scoring the highest percentage from the flights in their category during the contest. 

The trophy is being sponsored by Norm DeWitt, a Christen Eagle builder and pilot competing in the Advanced Category.  DeWitt says, “ the purpose of the trophy is to reward excellence in competition and to provide an incentive for all Eagle pilots to experience the challenges and rewards of competition aerobatics”.

Chapter 49 - Los Angeles Gold Cup  
Chapter 35 - New England Championship 
Chapter 1 - Aurora - Heuer Classic

Chapter 67 - Apple Cup, Ephrata, WA 
Chapter 62/69 - Arizona Championship 
Chapter 23 - Bartow, Fl  
Chapter 80 - Midwest Championship, Seward, NE 
Chapter 26 - Delano, CA Regional  
Chapter 36 - Borrego, CA Regional 
Chapter 85 - Willows, CA Regional 
 
A trophy will also be presented at the Fond du Lac Contest and the U.S. Nationals. Check Sport Aerobatics or your local IAC Chapter for contest dates.
